We at Mobix (and MCE Systems Ltd.; “Mobix”, “we”, “us”) care deeply about privacy, security, and online safety, and we take all reasonable actions to protect users of our products and services (“you”, “your”) from the risks of theft, disruption, and unauthorized access to their online information and activities. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to inform you about how we collect, use, and share your personal information.


This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we obtain from individuals through our website, products and services (collectively, the “Services").

When you access our website (the “Website”) or use our Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand its contents. Your use of our Website or Services and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use.

1.  Why We Collect Information and Data

Generally we collect information in order to improve and enhance our Services.  In some instances, such information may include data that could be used to identify a particular individual, otherwise referred to as Personal Information. For example, when a consumer purchases one of our products or solutions we must collect their name, email address, and payment information to complete the transaction. Some of the reasons that we collect Personal Information are:

(i)  To provide our products and services, and improve them over time;

(ii)  To allow you to download and purchase products and services;

2.  The Kind of Personal Information We Collect

(i) Details about your computers, devices, applications, and networks (including IP address, browser characteristics, device ID, operating system, and language preferences); and

(ii) Activities on our websites and usage patterns of products and services (including referring URLs, dates and times of website visits, and clickstream data);

We collect information directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our Services and, in some cases, from third parties.

Information provided by users: typically the information we collect directly from users is their contact details, payment or billing data, and relationship information such as the content of customer service requests that you initiate. You control the information you share with us. Naturally, not sharing required information may limit your ability to engage in certain activities, such as payment information required to complete a purchase.


Information Collected Automatically: When you use or interact with our website and Services, we receive and store information generated by your activity, like Usage Data, and other information automatically collected during your use of our Services. This information may include your IP address; browser type and version; preferred language; geographic location; operating system and computer platform; purchase history; products you viewed or searched for; and areas of our Site that you visited. We also may log the length of time of your visit and the number of times you visit and purchase or use the Services. 4.  How We Use Tracking Technology to Collect Information

We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to:  (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Website; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising; (c) identify you across multiple devices; (d) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Services; (e) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our website; (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service.

We may share your Personal Information in the instances described below.

(iv)  Other parties in connection with a company transaction, such as a merger, sale of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party, or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings; and

(v)  Third parties as required by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use or to protect the security or integrity of our Services; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the our rights, property, or personal safety and of others.

We may also share information with others in an aggregated or otherwise anonymized form that does not reasonably identify you directly as an individual.

6.  Control over Your Information

(i)  How to control your communications preferences:  You can stop receiving promotional communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications or within our mobile app.  We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests.  You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

(ii)  Modifying or deleting your information:  If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, or if you want to remove your name or comments from our website or publicly displayed content, you can contact us directly at We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.

7.  How We Store and Protect Your Information

(i)  Data storage and transfer:  Your information collected through our website may be stored and processed in the United States, European Union, in Israel or any other country in which we or our service providers maintain facilities. Please note that we may transfer information, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to any country in which we or our affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.  When we transfer Personal Information of individuals located in the European Union to anywhere outside of the EU, we will make sure that (i) there is a level of protection of such information deemed adequate by the European Commission; or (ii) that the relevant Model Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) are in place in relation to such data export activity. (ii)  Keeping your information safe:  We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Website.  However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.  In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

8.  Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically.  Future changes will not affect data that was collected under a previous version of this policy. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Continuing to use our Service after we publish changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the changes.

Your use of any of our Services, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its general provisions including disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability and indemnity.


This Privacy Policy, its interpretation, and any claims and disputes related hereto, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Israel without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by, a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
